Many people wonder when they pray if anyone is listening. Is prayer pointless because it feels like nothing is happening? Nothing could be further from the truth. We know from what Jesus said that this is not true. See Matt 18:18-20 above. Prayer is close in concept to GM's OnStar System, except with prayer, there isn't even a button to push, you just communicate your needs silently or out loud. Transmission is instantaneous.

2010 Prayer Requests

Pray that God would guide high school students making their choice of where to attend college.

Pray earnestly for more Christians to be called to be college professors.

Pray that Christians students receive clear teaching from church leaders on sexual sin. Pray that emotional wholeness for women is emphasized and not just avoidance of disease. Pray that they receive practical guidance on how to say no.

Pray that college students understand the value of Christian fellowship and attend church and Christian fellowship groups while away at college.

Pray for the Mercy Ships emergency response teams as they work with the earthquake victims. Medical supplies are needed now. MercyShips.org

Mercy ships operates hospital ships equipped with doctors and nurses who can perform surgeries. They were at Haiti within 2 hours of the earthquake.

Pray for Campus Renewal Ministries for the leadership to be given clear direction and a hedge of protection. Pray for churches, ministries, and students to all work together harmoniously for God's will to be done.
